Earth Trance is a global celebration of Goa trance, psychedelic trance, electronic music, art, culture, and the universal spirit of peace. Inspired by the original Goa gatherings of India and the worldwide communities they gave birth to, Earth Trance honors the pioneers, artists, organizers, musicians, and visionaries whose creativity transformed a musical movement into a global family.

His journey led him to Tsunami Enterprises, founded by the late John Emmanuel Gartman, where he served as an apprentice, graphic designer, promoter, and eventually an international performing DJ. Through Tsunami and the legendary Return to the Source gatherings, including the landmark Liberty Science Center event in New Jersey, Kamal experienced the rapid growth of Goa trance as it evolved into today’s diverse global psychedelic trance community.

Earth Trance also pays tribute to the vision and artistic legacy of Chris Decker, whose work with Return to the Source and later Earthdance helped inspire generations of artists, musicians, and event organizers dedicated to unity through music. Like many others, Kamal was inspired by Chris’s creativity, his collaborations with Medicine Drum, and his lifelong commitment to bringing people together across cultures through art and sound.

Today, Earth Trance continues that spirit by celebrating the global trance community while embracing all people, cultures, and musical expressions. Our mission is not to replace or compete with existing festivals or organizations, but to honor the shared history that connects us all while creating new opportunities for artists, communities, charities, and audiences worldwide.

Earth Trance is built on the belief that music is a universal language capable of transcending borders, cultures, religions, and politics. Every gathering, whether physical or virtual, is intended to inspire creativity, foster understanding, and remind us that despite our differences, we all share one planet and one human family.
